From kindergarten to eighth grade, Georgia's bell-to-bell cellphone ban begins
Starting today, students in kindergarten through eighth grade must keep cellphones, smart watches and other personal electronic devices off and out of sight from bell to bell. The ban expands to high schoolers next year.
