The inaugural Atlanta Open closes its main draw Wednesday afternoon at Atlantic Station, capping a nine-day run that tournament organizers say has already outpaced projections for year one.
Wednesday’s slate begins at 4 p.m. on the stadium court at Atlantic Station’s 20th Street lawn, with quarterfinal matches in both singles and doubles. Tickets for the evening session start at $46.50.
After the men’s singles final Thursday, the tournament rolls out a one-night-only exhibition: retired American pros John Isner and Andy Roddick teaming up against Bob and Mike Bryan, the all-time winningest doubles team in ATP Tour history.
The Bryan Brothers retired from the ATP Tour in 2020 with 119 titles together and 16 Grand Slam men’s doubles championships. The exhibition is being staged as a U.S. Open Series opener event.
Christopher Eubanks, the Atlanta native and 2023 Atlanta Open champion, is among the players who competed in the early rounds. Tournament organizers told the AJC last week that Atlantic Station’s smaller footprint has created a more intimate atmosphere than the tournament’s previous suburban venues.
The Atlanta Open runs through July 28. Wednesday’s exhibition is sold out as of Tuesday afternoon.
