Atlanta’s late-July calendar is stacked with ways to get out and about this weekend, from the Atlanta Ice Cream & Wellness Festival in Piedmont Park and Back-to-School Cobb at The Battery Atlanta to a Daniel Caesar concert at State Farm Arena and a Daniel Tiger Kids Club Day at Truist Park before the Braves-Padres series finale.

1. Atlanta Ice Cream & Wellness Festival — Saturday, July 25, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Atlanta Ice Cream & Wellness Festival returns to Piedmont Park on Saturday with a full slate of local creamery booths, family yoga sessions, a wellness village, and live DJ sets. Entry to the festival grounds is free, with tasting packages available for purchase on-site. The festival is pet-friendly and runs rain or shine.

2. Back-to-School Cobb at The Battery Atlanta — Saturday, July 25, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Cobb County families can get a head start on the school year at Back-to-School Cobb at The Battery Atlanta. From 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the event will feature free school supplies (while supplies last), educator resources, interactive learning activities, family resource vendors, music, giveaways, and family-friendly entertainment. The event is free and open to the public.

3. Daniel Caesar at State Farm Arena — Friday, July 24, 8 p.m.

R&B singer Daniel Caesar brings his World Tour to State Farm Arena on Friday night with support from special guests. The tour supports Caesar’s latest album and follows a sold-out run across Europe. Tickets are available via the State Farm Arena box office and major resale platforms.

4. “Death on the Line” true-crime exhibit — Atlanta History Center, opening Saturday, July 25

The Atlanta History Center opens a new long-term exhibit Saturday that examines some of the most notorious crimes in Georgia history. The exhibit includes artifacts from the Atlanta Child Murders case, an interactive investigation room, and oral histories from journalists and law enforcement. The exhibit is included with general admission.

5. Daniel Tiger’s Kids Club Day at Truist Park — Thursday, July 23, 6:20 p.m.

The Braves wrap up their four-game series against the Padres at Truist Park on Thursday night with a Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood-themed Kids Club Day. First pitch is scheduled for 7:20 p.m., with pre-game family activities on the Concourse Level starting at 5:30 p.m. Kids Club members receive a co-branded Braves–Daniel Tiger cap with their ticket.
